- All our candle jars are designed to last and can be reused over and over again.
- Recycling Instructions
- The glass jar and cardboard box are recyclable. Please dispose of them in the appropriate recycling bins.
- Directions for Use
- This is a candle rather than a sweet, and it must never be eaten. Remove from box before lighting. Trim the wick to 5mm before use. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials. Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface. The glass may become hot. Do not burn for more than one hour at a time. Stop use when 10mm of wax remains.
Delivery
Orders are sent within the United Kingdom only, by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Delivery is £5.00. Your order may take up to five working days to be at your doorstep.
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer. Placing an order gives you an order number and our bank details, and your candles are held for five working days while your transfer reaches us. We do not take card payments yet. Anara Candles is not registered for VAT, so none is charged and none is reclaimable. The figures shown are the figures payable.

What is your return and exchange policy?
If you have purchased from this website
As every ANARA candle is handcrafted to order, we do not offer exchanges.
Buying online carries a statutory right to change your mind, and the candles in our shop are not personalised, so that right applies to them. It runs for 14 days from the day your order reaches you.
Under UK consumer law you also have a right to a refund if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
If your item has been personalised, it is non-returnable and non-refundable, unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.
To start a return, email us at youranaracandle@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you a prepaid label by return, so posting it back costs you nothing.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the product and packaging to youranaracandle@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
