What you are agreeing to when you buy a candle from the ANARA shop.
ANARA Candles makes and sells hand-poured candles in the United Kingdom.

Shivani has confirmed Anara is not a limited company, so it is a sole trader and the address is a personal one, which does not remove the obligation to state it: a distance seller gives a name and an address before it takes money.
Every candle is poured, decorated and finished by hand. Gentle differences in colour, gloss, gold leaf and petal placement belong to that process rather than being a fault in it.
Candles bought from the shop are not personalised. For personalised favours, tell us about your celebration and we will quote for them separately.
The price shown at the point of order is the price payable. ANARA Candles is not registered for VAT, so none is charged and none is reclaimable.
Payment is by bank transfer. Placing an order gives you an order number and our bank details, and your candles are held for five working days while your transfer reaches us. We do not take card payments yet.
Delivery is £5.00, and is free once your basket reaches £50.00.
Orders are sent within the United Kingdom only, by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Your order may take up to five working days to be at your doorstep.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the product and packaging to youranaracandle@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
This is a candle rather than a sweet, and it must never be eaten. Remove from box before lighting. Trim the wick to 5mm before use. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials. Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface. The glass may become hot. Do not burn for more than one hour at a time. Stop use when 10mm of wax remains.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute falls to its courts. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
